Wade C. MacGregor
Wade is a litigator specializing in the areas of family law, criminal law, debt collection, and personal injury matters. He was called to the bar in 1990 and, having practiced for over 20 years, is one of the most experienced family law lawyers in Northern British Columbia.
Wade graduated from University of British Columbia Law School in 1987 with an LLB, after majoring in philosophy at the University of Calgary..
Wade is the proud father of two children and enjoys the great outdoors and all the recreational opportunities Terrace has to offer.

Alistair Lax
Alistair began articling with Penner Law in August 2018. He completed his undergraduate BA in History at UVic (2014) and then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick (2018) in Fredericton. Alistair was raised all across BC, spending years in Victoria, Kelowna, Prince George and Kamloops and having explored the province from corner to corner. Before law school, he worked jobs from heavy duty equipment operation to computer sales to saw mill labour. In his free time, Alistair is an avid trail runner and snowboarder, and he enjoys the easy access to nature all around Terrace. He spends many of his evenings leading bands of adventurers against terrible foes in online games.
